Outdoor exercise options include a gym, trim trail and sports space – connected by a direct staircase to the indoor gym and shower facilities. The outdoor cinema, allotments and street market area create opportunities for relaxed interaction with colleagues, while a chill-out zone provides a secluded spot for relaxation and mindfulness.
CAFÉS
With its external terrace and surrounding amenities, the café is the social hub of the campus. Floor to ceiling windows create a connection with the outside spaces and wildflower garden to reinforce the connection with nature. A smaller coffee bar in the atrium of Here provides an opportunity for socialising and refuelling on-the-go.
GYMS
Here + Now has achieved the highest three-star Fitwel certification – recognising our emphasis on health and wellness in the design, development and operation of the buildings. Our Fitwel scorecard identifies the benefits to physical and mental health provided by the natural surroundings of Here + Now, as well as the exercise facilities, sustainable transit incentives, air quality monitoring and access to healthy food and drink.
Atriums
The light-filled atriums of Here + Now are designed to create a sense of arrival. A treehouse of meeting rooms and bleacher-style seating transforms the atrium into a place to linger and make connections. The atrium of Now is an informal, welcoming space with rich, green planting and pockets of private seating for work and socialising.
BUILDING APP
All Here + Now tenants benefit from the new intuitive smart app by Cureoscity. The native iOS and Android app connects buildings and users through door access, digital ID, space and amenity booking, building information and travel news. The building management portal includes employee and visitor management, sustainability performance analysis and dynamic reporting.
